Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Lumea Skincare, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled.
1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel, please contact us immediately at help@lumeaskincare.in with your order details.
2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we only accept returns if:

You receive a wrong product,

The product is damaged on arrival, or

The product is expired.

Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

In case of prepaid orders, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Used or opened products

Free gifts or promotional items

Products purchased during clearance sales
5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos of the product and packaging at support@lumeaskincare.in.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
