We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who can drive customer acquisition, build strong relationships, and promote our brand across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, creative, and passionate about growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, social media, and field visits

• Pitch products/services to potential customers and close deals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain customer data and sales reports

• Handle customer queries and provide solutions

Marketing Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns

• Promote the brand through social media, events, and partnerships

• Create basic marketing content (post ideas, captions, promotions)

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity

• Support workshops, seminars, or promotional events

• Collect customer feedback and improve marketing strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)

• 0–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (freshers can apply)

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital marketing

• Target-driven mindset

• Ability to work independently and in a team
