Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Management
Handle end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Maintain candidate and employee records
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and documentation
Performance & Development
Support performance appraisal processes
Identify training and development needs
Assist in career growth and succession planning
