  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs

  • Maintain candidate and employee records

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

  • Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and documentation

Performance & Development

  • Support performance appraisal processes

  • Identify training and development needs

  • Assist in career growth and succession planning
